I have been seeing Jane for reflexology sessions over the past few weeks. I always find my sessions very relaxing and helpful. Most recently I have been suffering with a condition called labyrinthitis. This affects your balance and as a result you can suffer from dizzy spells. I mentioned this to Jane at the start of one of our sessions so she paid particular attention to my 'inner ear' section of my foot. I was pleasantly surprised that since this session, the symptoms of this condition have been few(if any at all). Thanks again Jane

I came to Jane for a Reflexology treatment as I had terrible neck pain for several days (with no obvious cause for this). I thought perhaps that I would at the very least achieve relaxation and possibly my neck would be less 'tense' but the treatment made such a lot of difference and in a short time, by the evening my neck felt much 'looser' enabling me to move my neck more. By the next day, although I still had pain, it had lessened and my range of movements increased. Thank you Jane, I will be coming back for more. Lesley
